I lead software engineering at ITH Pharma — a specialist pharmaceutical manufacturer in London — where my team builds and maintains the full-stack systems that keep life-critical production running. My stack centres on Angular and Java Spring Boot, deployed with Docker and Kubernetes, in a tightly regulated environment where quality isn't optional.
I hold a First Class Honours in BSc Computer Science from Middlesex University, and I spent four years working in a demanding service environment — rising to Shift Manager — before moving into tech full-time. That experience shaped the way I lead: accountability, clear communication, and keeping a team performing under pressure.
